FUN FOR EVERYONE

WHAT CAN I DO while waiting for my runner/s

Click on form and fill in roles you want to do.

You are able to do more than one.

All volunteers will receive a volunteers shirt and ETR buff.

Volunteering at the Elephant Trail Race is a great way to get involved behind the scenes at one of Australia’s most iconic trail races. It is another way to give back. There are lots of reasons to volunteer. You may not be a runner, but have family or friends that are and you have come along to support them, why not fill in the time and volunteer, if you are a trail runner and injured or have another race your preparing for and don’t want to get injured, why not volunteer and still be apart of the event in a different way.

Volunteering at ETR, you get to meet loads of like-minded people who come from all walks of life, all sorts of backgrounds and who bring a huge range of trail experience to the event. In return our volunteers become part of our ETR family, and leave ETR with unforgettable experiences and often lots of new friends for life. A lifetime of memories.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US

  • Access to the checkpoint on course if that is where you volunteer role is. Seeing the runners in action on course.

Volunteers help change a runners experience. They may be feeling low and a cheering volunteer, who helps them and lights the spark in them, can make the difference to their race.  There are lots of roles available. Every volunteer will receive a volunteers shirt.  Roster will be open closer to the event.
